Cap Digitizing Details →Embroidery Digitizing
Digitizing is the step where artwork becomes a machine-readable stitch file — and it's the single biggest factor in whether an embroidered logo looks crisp or comes out flat and muddy. Our digitizers set stitch direction, density and underlay by hand for every design, then send you a proof before anything runs on a machine.
Each placement has different constraints — a cap's curved frame behaves nothing like a flat jacket back. We digitize for the specific placement, not a one-size-fits-all file.
